[참좋은뉴스= 김태형 기자] 주한외국기업연합회 KOFA (상임대표, 김종철)은 콘텐츠 플랫폼 및 마케팅 기업 인디스탈㈜과 함께 지난 28일 K-POP STAGE (구. 윤형빈소극장 [홍대] )에서 인디스탈 소속 K-POP 개그 아이돌의 공연관람으로 “주한외국인투자기업 송년문화의 밤 공연” 네트워킹행사 개최 했다고 밝혔다.

 

이날 행사는 KOFA 소속 산업통상자원부 소관 사단법인 주한글로벌기업대표이사협회 [KOFA GCEO]와 고용노동부 소관 사단법인 주한외국기업인사관리자협회 [KOFA HR]가 주관했고 한국에 진출한 외국계기업 대표이사들과 인사담당 임원 및 외국인투자기업과 관련된 단체와 인사 등 50여명이 참여했다.

 

 

 

이번 행사는 그동안 해왔던 호텔에서의 격식 있는 송년행사보다 웃음 넘치는 공연을 함께 관람하며 한해동안 힘들었던 스트레스를 해소하고 캐쥬얼 한 분위기에서 서로를 알아갈 수 있도록 의미 있는 행사로 시도해보자는 취지에서 진행됐다고 송인선 사무총장은 밝혔다.

 

 

 

1부행사는 조영빈 회장 (오토폼엔지니어링코리아 대표이사) , 바스티안 뢰슬러 회장 (Plasmatreat Korea) 의 환영사와 공로상 수여식에 이어 2026 KOFA Vision 선포식순으로 진행됐다.

 

2부 행사는 . 인디스탈 소속 K-Pop 개그 아이돌의 웃음 넘치는 공연관람이 진행됐고 3부 행사는 참가자들의 저녁식사 네트워킹 시간을 가졌다.

 

 

 

한편 주한외국기업연합회 KOFA는 한국에 진출한 외국인투자기업의 대표이사들로 구성된 산업통상자원부 소관 (사)주한글로벌기업대표이사협회 GCEO와 주한외국인투자기업의 인사담당 임원 및 실무팀장들로 구성된 고용노동부 소관 (사)주한외국기업인사관리자협회 와 서울특별시 소관 (사)주한외국기업상공연합회를 운영하고 있으며 주한외국상공회의소들과 긴밀한 협력관계를 하고있다.

 

현재 약 600여개 회원사 네트워크를 보유하고 있고 산업통상자원부 및 고용노동부 와 서울시, 경기도 등의 지자체 정부조직과 긴밀한 소통 창구의 역할을 하며 17,000 여개 주한외국인투자기업의 경영정보제공과 각종 실태조사 및 연구.조사 등을 통하여 외국인투자기업의 경영자들과 정부의 가교 역할을 하는 기관이다.

 

또한 KOFA는 매년 서울시 소재 대학 및 전국 권역별 대학들과 연대하여 청년고용촉진을 위하여 대학별 캠퍼스 리쿠르팅 , 외국인투자기업 , 글로벌기업 취업박람회등을 공동주관 해오고 있고 매년 주한외국기업 및 글로벌기업들의 인사담당들이 직접 참여하는 급여 서베이 및 복리후생 실태조사를 담고 있으며 17,000여 주한외국기업들의 상세한 정보를 매년 업데이트 하고 그외 각종 인사.노무 ,세무,마케팅등의 고급경영자료들을 한국지사장들과 인사당담 임원들에게 제공하고 있다.

The Korea Foreign Enterprises Association (KOFA), led by Executive Chairman Jongchul Kim, announced that it hosted the “Year-End Cultural Night for Foreign-Invested Companies in Korea” networking event on the 28th at K-POP STAGE (formerly Yoon Hyung-Bin Theater in Hongdae), in partnership with Indistal Co., Ltd., a content platform and marketing company. The event featured a performance by Indistal’s K-pop comedy idol group.

 

The event was jointly organized by two KOFA-affiliated associations: the Korea Global CEOs Association (KOFA GCEO), under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the KOFA Human Resources Association (KOFA HR), under the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Approximately 50 participants attended, including CEOs of foreign-invested companies in Korea, HR executives, and representatives from organizations connected to foreign investment.

 

Secretary-General Inseon Song explained that, unlike previous year-end galas typically held in formal hotel settings, this year’s event aimed to create a more meaningful and refreshing gathering—one in which participants could relieve stress from the past year and connect with one another in a casual, light-hearted atmosphere through a comedy-infused performance.

 

The first part of the event featured welcome remarks by Chairman Youngbin Cho (CEO of AutoForm Engineering Korea) and Chairman Bastian Rössler (Plasmatreat Korea), followed by an awards ceremony and the proclamation of KOFA’s 2026 Vision.

 

The second part included a lively comedy performance by Indistal’s K-pop comedy idol group, and the third part offered a dinner and networking session for all participants.

Meanwhile, KOFA operates three associations composed of foreign-invested companies in Korea:

• KOFA GCEO – an association of CEOs of foreign-invested companies (MOTIE jurisdiction)

• KOFA HR – an association of HR executives and HR team leaders of foreign-invested firms (MOEL jurisdiction)

• KOFA Chamber of Foreign Enterprises – under the Seoul Metropolitan Government

 

KOFA also maintains strong cooperative relationships with foreign chambers of commerce in Korea.

 

KOFA currently oversees a network of approximately 600 member companies and serves as a key communication channel with government organizations such as the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Gyeonggi Province. Through management information services, surveys, and policy research related to more than 17,000 foreign-invested companies in Korea, KOFA functions as a bridge between foreign-invested company leaders and the Korean government.

 

In addition, KOFA collaborates annually with universities in Seoul and regional institutions nationwide to promote youth employment by co-hosting campus recruiting programs and job fairs for foreign-invested and global companies. KOFA also conducts annual salary and benefits surveys with the direct participation of HR executives from foreign-invested firms, updates detailed profiles of 17,000 foreign companies in Korea each year, and provides high-value management resources—including HR, labor, tax, and marketing insights—to country managers and HR leaders.
